Welcome to the UniEstate documentation. Here you will find everything you need to know about setting up and customizing your property marketplace theme.
UniEstate Overview
UniEstate is a premium, modern WordPress real estate theme built for performance and visual excellence. It features full Elementor support, advanced property management, and a sleek dark mode design.
Installation & Setup
Upload Theme
Download the theme zip from Envato, go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and select the uniestate.zip file.
Activate Theme
Once uploaded, click "Activate" to make UniEstate your active theme.
Install Plugins
A notice will appear asking to install required plugins (Elementor, ACF, etc.). Follow the link and install them.
Property Management
The heart of UniEstate is the Property Post Type. To add a property:
- Go to Properties > Add New
- Fill in the title and description
- Set the price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and area in the custom fields below the editor
- Upload a featured image and gallery images
- Assign a Location and Type from the right sidebar

Troubleshooting
Q: My properties are showing a 404 error?
A: Go to Settings > Permalinks and simply click "Save Changes" to flush your rewrite rules.
Q: Elementor editor is not loading?
A: Increase your PHP Memory Limit to at least 256MB. You can do this in your wp-config.php or contact your host.
